ClipScan does not collect any personal information. All your documents and scans are stored exclusively on your device. We have no servers, no databases, and no way to access your data.
Local Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage systems. Your scanned documents never leave your device unless you explicitly share them.
Camera Access
ClipScan requests camera access for scanning documents and taking product photos. Photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Camera access is optional and the app works without it.
Push Notifications
ClipScan does not send any push notifications.
Analytics & Tracking
ClipScan does not include any analytics, tracking, or telemetry software. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or any other behavioral data.
Third-Party Services
ClipScan does not integrate with any third-party services that would collect your data. The only external service used is Apple's AirPrint for printing.
Data Security
Your data is protected by iOS/iPadOS built-in security features and encryption. We recommend keeping your device updated and using a strong passcode.
