License
ClipScan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the app and all future updates.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the application; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the application; (c) remove any copyright notices; (d) use the application for any illegal purpose; (e) share your purchase with others or distribute the app.
Data Ownership
You own all data you create in ClipScan. Your scanned documents belong entirely to you. We have no access to your data and cannot retrieve it if lost.
Backup Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regularly exporting important documents. We are not responsible for any data loss.
Intellectual Property
ClipScan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ClipScan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of ClipScan.
Termination
Your license to use ClipScan continues indefinitely as long as you comply with these terms. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Service.
