Summary: FinFlow is a personal finance tool sold as a one-time purchase. You own your data. We provide the app "as is" and are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the app's information.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FinFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FinFlow is a personal finance management application for iOS that allows you to track income and expenses, manage bills, set budgets, create savings goals, and generate financial reports. The App is designed as a personal tool and is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
3. Purchase and License
FinFlow is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). No subscription or recurring fees are required. Future major updates may be offered as a separate purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their App Store policies.
4. Your Data
All data you enter into FinFlow is stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is also stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to, collect, or process your data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to: use the App only for lawful personal finance management purposes; not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App; not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App; maintain backups of your data (the App supports CSV export for this purpose).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: accuracy or completeness of calculations, reports, or financial data; uninterrupted or error-free operation; fitness for a particular purpose; compatibility with future iOS versions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Franyer Verjel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the App; financial decisions made based on the App's calculations or reports; loss of data; any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the App.
8. Financial Disclaimer
FinFlow is a personal tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Amounts, balances, projections, and reports generated by the App are based solely on the data you enter and may not reflect your actual financial situation. Always consult a qualified financial professional for important financial decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
FinFlow, including its design, code, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of Franyer Verjel. All rights are reserved. The FinFlow name and logo are trademarks of Franyer Verjel.
10. Updates
We may release updates to the App to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Updates are delivered through the Apple App Store. We are not obligated to provide any specific updates or to maintain backward compatibility with older iOS versions.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice, though purchased copies will remain functional on compatible devices.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
